Welcome to FootMed Podiatry. We are dedicated to providing high-quality podiatry services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully as it applies to all services and products provided by our practice.

1. Services

All podiatry services provided by FootMed Podiatry are non-refundable. Once a service is rendered or an appointment is scheduled, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you are confident in your decision to proceed with the service and consult with our team if you have any questions before making an appointment.

2. Products

All products purchased through our website or directly from FootMed Podiatry are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, orthotics, footwear, and other podiatric-related products. Please review product details carefully before making a purchase to ensure they meet your needs.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for any products or services if you change your mind after the purchase or appointment. Please make informed decisions and consult with our staff if you have any doubts before completing your purchase or booking.

4. Exchanges for Incorrect Sizes

If you ordered an incorrect size, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:
 

  • The buyer must incur all return shipping fees.
     

  • A 50% re-stocking fee based on the original purchase amount will apply.
     

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
     

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@footmedpodiatry.com.au with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
 

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

For appointments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of any pre-paid fees and any failed attendances without notice.

6. Exceptions

Exceptions to our no-refund policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you have a valid reason for an exception, please contact us directly at info@footmedpodiatry.com.au. All requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the outcome.
